The landmark project at 01, Basement, 06, Podiums, Plus 02 Twin Towers is nearing its final stages, marking a significant milestone in architectural achievement. Comprising two towers, with heights of 56 and 32 floors respectively, the project has been a testament to innovation and perseverance in construction.

From its distinctive stick curtain wall system covering 28,500 sqm to the intricate architectural trellises and balustrade glass spanning 11,572 sqm, every detail has been meticulously crafted. The project also features 1,392 sliding doors, 680 hanging windows, and a variety of partitions totaling 220,000 sqm, showcasing a blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.

“One of our biggest challenges was coordinating façade installation alongside structural work, ensuring seamless progress without compromising safety,” said Engr. Saed Naser Al Khalili – ECC Façade Projects Manager. “With a peak workforce of 500 dedicated professionals, managing access and work permits became a daily feat crucial to our success.”

The project’s roof, a marvel of engineering with 220 tons of steel and aluminum, exemplifies its blend of durability and design. Despite these complexities, the project is on track to be fully completed by mid-February 2024, aligning with the project timeline and surpassing expectations.

“We are proud of what we’ve achieved,” added Engr. Saed. “This project not only enhances Dubai’s skyline but also sets a new standard for architectural excellence and project management.”

As the final touches are applied, the towers stand as a testament to collaboration, innovation, and unwavering commitment to quality. The completion of this project signifies a new era in urban development, blending form and function seamlessly.
